Following the theme of eating in harmony with the seasons, now is the time to bake with oranges - this recipe is formulated around oranges, a fruit for this season,  using the juice in a sponge-mixture.

Well, the main "specialty" is that we all love cake, but don't want to get too fat as a result - so my friend Tefi  the cake maestro, does the creating and experimenting in her fabulous kitchen with new, healthy, and delicious ways to make cake: here's a picture of "Carrot King"

A secondary objective is to make the cakes not only healthy but also mostly Organic - so we'll be growing some of the ingredients for the cakes on the farm... eggs, squash, strawberries, and buying Organic from other Organic farms for the remaining ingredients...
